The Dream Doors concept

The Dream Doors Concept is based on improvement not replacement. Swapping existing kitchen doors, drawers, appliances, sinks or worktops provides a totally flexible opportunity for your customers to achieve that new kitchen look and feel without the expense and upheaval of a full kitchen refit.

New appliances, sinks, worktops or cabinets can be incorporated into the overall design as well as upgrading the look and feel of the doors and drawers. The Dream Doors Franchise Package

The franchise fee includes a 2 week intensive induction programme (one week in house at the Dream Doors Head Office and one week in territory). This covers everything you need to learn to start your Dream Doors business including marketing and sales, financial management, technical knowledge, recruitment and finding the showroom.

During the initial training, you will receive:

• Introduction to sales course
• Site visit to our suppliers factory
• Launch marketing materials
• Design software
• Sample doors
• Stationery
• Uniforms
• Comprehensive Operations Manual.

After our thorough initial training you will have in territory visits from your allocated Franchise Manager who is there to support you in your business assisting you in achieving business success. They will help recruit staff, locate showrooms, assist in the design of the showroom, attend customer calls and the fit out of the kitchen. In addition you will also receive quarterly training and coaching with our training company covering Sales, Financial Management, Customer Care, Time Management and also Best Practice days with other franchisees to share knowledge and experience of running a Dream Doors Franchise.

The franchise fee is £23,825 plus VAT. Working capital for showroom opening will also be required with bank finance available specific to individual circumstances.

The franchise package is specifically designed to provide a complete grounding in all of the technical aspects of kitchen design as well as developing the business skills required for success. Our Franchise Managers supply ongoing local support meaning that we'll always be on hand when you need assistance. Our nationwide marketing including ITV1, Daily Mail, Sunday Mail and through the Women's Institute and SAGA as well as more localised activity will help you grow your business.
