Launching a business can be daunting as well as exciting. We provide you with all of the training necessary to give you the confidence to excel and achieve success with the ongoing support to keep your business moving forward. Training is critical to all Dream Doors franchisees whether they are new or experienced.
The two week induction course (one week in house and one week in territory) ensures that you have all the foundations to start your successful Dream Doors business. It covers everything from sales visits in customers' homes, marketing and advertising your business, recruiting staff, managing staff, technical aspects of the business, financial management and more.
Following the initial training you will also go on a two day Introduction to Sales course and a site visit to our supplier to gain knowledge of the industry and the products involved in your business.
Every quarter you will have access to tailored training courses specifically designed for Dream Doors for you and your team that cover

- Financial Training - introducing the necessary controls to run a Dream Doors franchise
- Customer Care - dealing with customer service issues
- Sales Skills - a two day residential course specifically designed for the Dream Doors model
- Refresher sales course - refining and developing your sales skills
- Best Practice - sharing ideas and innovation around the network of franchisees
- Buy Now Pay Later Finance - delivered by the finance company to explain what finance options we offer
- Marketing - with our external marketing and advertising agencies
- Supplier Training - courses run by our various suppliers on the products we offer
- Time Management Skills - to help you optimise your efficiency and productivity
- Regional Meetings - with franchisees in your region to discuss new ideas and concepts and share best practice on running your Dream Doors franchise.
Our huge commitment to excellence in training was rewarded at the National Training Awards where we were presented with the South East Training Award for Medium sized Employers.
