Dream Doors, the UK’s leading kitchen door replacement company, has just celebrated yet another showroom opening, this time in Exeter under the ownership of Mike Maughan-Brown.
The day was celebrated with special guest Lord Mayor Lesley Robinson as well as Dream Doors MD, Troy Tappenden and Director of Franchising, Bill Owen.
Dream Doors helps bring new life to old kitchens by replacing old, tired doors and worktops with brand new, high quality, made to measure doors. Doors come in a variety of styles and colours with thousands of possible combinations. By simply changing these aspects of your kitchen Dream Doors can help you attain a brand-new look for a fraction of the price of a complete refit.
Mike, who had previously lived in South Africa, moved to England searching for a business that sold a quality product which he could believe in. His prior job was as a municipal director, taking responsibility for institutional planning control and management. He says:
“I wanted to provide a product to clients that they would buy because they really wanted to, the Dream Doors model is perfect for this. Replacing the doors and worktops of a kitchen for a fraction of the price is an incredibly sought after service, which many don’t even know exists!”
Mike was sold on Exeter and Mid and East Devon immediately, saying:
“Devon is a beautiful place. One benefit of the job is that I get to see all over the area from Crediton to Seton and from Cullompton to Dawlish. Exeter city is incredibly accessible, has everything yet isn’t hard to get around in.
Mike is thoroughly enjoying not only working in the area, but doing business with its people.
“The people of Exeter and Devon in general are so friendly and accommodating. I believe It’s called ‘the Devon way’. It is a real pleasure to be providing a service to people who are so appreciative!”
And with an average Checkatrade score of 9.45 it looks like Mike’s clients also love his high-quality kitchen makeover service.
Troy Tappenden, MD of Dream Doors had this to say:
“Mike’s passion for the business is tangible. You can tell that he is giving his all and loving it at the same time. Mike’s business has started with a bang and will only get better from here. It’s safe to say we’re all looking forward to what the future has in store for him and the Exeter branch.”
Based at 61 Fore Street in Heavitree, Exeter, Mike’s showroom will greet any new clients with open arms and strive to help them achieve the kitchen of their dreams. Are you considering a brand-new kitchen look? Then get in touch with Mike today!
