Dorset-based Dream Doors franchisees, Andy and Shelley Stewart, have made it to the final three in the South West and South Wales regional heats for this year's Franchisee of the Year Awards.
Says Andy: “We're delighted to have made it this far. We know there are over 37,000 franchisees in the UK, so to be considered among the best is a real honour.”
Demonstrating that there’s no approval like re-approval, Dream Doors Operations Director, Kelly Chambers, was delighted to win a second term as the bfa’s Southwest Regional Chairperson last December.
Having successfully served the region for a full term already, she will now continue to work closely with the bfa, and all bfa members in the Southwest, including Provisional, Associate, Affiliate, and Full Members.
New Management Service Fee Structure Equals More Profit – and Bigger Smiles – for Kitchen Facelift Franchisees.
Dream Doors, the UK’s largest kitchen facelift franchise, has announced a radical realignment of its Management Service (MS) fee. In a move that will encourage sales, the MS fee has been staggered to reward high turnover.
The Dream Doors Annual Conference recently celebrated the performances of a number of franchisees through the Dream Doors awards.
Dream Doors Rachael and Stephen Vorster from Dream Doors Warrington (pictured above with Managing Director Troy Tappenden, centre) won Franchisee of the Year with an annual turnover in excess of £630,000. They were presented with £2,500 of holiday vouchers to celebrate their achievements.
"Since moving into the showroom, business has really taken off. We’re now looking to increase turnover, which means taking on more showroom staff and another sales person. We have quite a relaxed relationship with Dream Doors. They encourage and support us, but are not on our backs all the time, and it is in our best interests to listen to them because they know what works. The training gave us enthusiasm for the business and the building blocks to get it up and running".
