How it Works

No Experience Needed

You really don’t need to know anything about kitchens to quickly build a million-pound business. We supply all the training and support you’ll ever need to get your Dream Doors franchise up and running. And we’re there for the life of your business too, providing ongoing assistance as you grow.

New franchisees are taken through a 13-week launch programme, which includes a 10-day induction at our state-of-the-art Training Centre. Everything we do is geared towards getting you up and running, making sales and making money as fast as possible.

Your Role

The Dream Doors franchise is a white-collar, sales and management business and, as such, you won’t ever be on the tools. We’ll train you in kitchen products, their terminology and our methodology – all you need is the drive and determination to succeed.

Many of our franchises are husband and wife teams or family businesses, whereas others are owned by talented individuals. Whichever way you choose to set up your operation, we’ll be there to help you every step of the way. As the business owner, you’ll:

  • Visit customers’ homes
  • Design kitchen makeovers
  • Project manage installs
  • Lead your own team
  • Be in control of your diary
  • Maximise local marketing
  • Leverage brand awareness
  • Deliver outstanding service

Why Have 100,000+ Homeowners Chosen a Dream Doors Kitchen Makeover?

A kitchen makeover saves three key things: time, money and upheaval. Average projects take 2-3 days to install, are at least 50% of the cost of a complete kitchen refit and, in some cases, customers don’t even need to empty their cupboards. Watch this short animation below to see the innovative solutions our franchisees provide.

Investment & Earning Potential

There are few opportunities through which you can turn £35,000 into a million pounds or more in 10 years. But that is being achieved by lots of Dream Doors franchisees right now, who are earning over £150,000 a year.

It costs just £35,000 + VAT to buy a Dream Doors franchise. You’ll also need funds to open a showroom and for working capital, which takes the total investment to c£85,000. But with long-standing working relationships with banks and lenders, you can comfortably secure a loan for up to 70% of your investment.

Average annual sales for an established Dream Doors franchisee is now more than £700,000 a year with operating profits of c15-20%. More and more of our franchisees are achieving annual turnovers in excess of £1million pounds a year, with dozens enjoying a consistent six-figure annual income.

People Just Like You Enjoying £1million+ Businesses

Dream Doors franchisees are people just like you. They’ve come from an array of different backgrounds; from sales, retail and the emergency services through to the armed forces, the IT sector and teaching. Hardly any have run a business before, and even fewer had any kitchen industry experience. What they all have in common is a desire to work for themselves, to take control of their lives and finances and benefit from the support and fast return on investment that Dream Doors has become renowned for.

“The earnings potential is far higher than anywhere else.”

“Developing myself, the earnings and what I can achieve for my family have been the most positive aspects for me. It’s been hard work, but I will re-sign my franchise for another five years without hesitation.”
